So much for the “I’m going to be doing this weekly” thing. Anyway…
1. I’ve lived in this apartment for almost 4 years. In that time, I’m almost ALWAYS sick with something. Mostly just a constant cough. It never dawned on me, until yesterday when my landlord (who lives above me so hears me coughing all the time) told me he was worried i had lung cancer or something (WTF!?) that the soultion might be to purchase an air purifier. So next week sometime, this is going to be the latest electronic addition to le nerd cave:
2. Like made-for-SyFy movies? Of course you do. Sharktopus is here. REJOICE!
3. I don’t know why I just discovered foodgawker just now, but OMG. I made the “Hasselback Potatoes” with my own little spin on them. I deemed them “Hasselhoff Potatoes”. Just because.
4. Yet another job interview down in Liberty Village tomorrow afternoon. Social Media Intern for FabFind (sort of like Groupon, which is awesome). This will be my third interview in a row down there. *crosses fingers* Wish me luck!
5. Earlier today, Torontoist published an article, whining about how Torontonians are whining about a Niagra Falls ad campaign that is indirectly whining about Toronto…who’s being more annoying here? I can’t tell.
6. A Very Potter Musical. It’s hilarious. The characters are perfect, it’s fantastically written, and makes me wish I had gone there for college instead of Humber. Watch it. DO IT. If you like HP, you’ll love it. The sequel comes out tomorrow on their youtube channel (watch the other stuff on there, too. It’s all great). Also, hey Voldemort?:
Yes, please.

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of foodgawker. I may mean that sarcastically. Depends on how much weight I gain because of it.
The ads for Niagara Falls were aimed at a Toronto audience, under the mistaken impression that people in Toronto have a sense of humour about themselves. I seem to recall that Torontonians had a sense of humour. I did. Maybe it's changed in the years since I left.
Good luck with your interview!!
And good luck with the air purifier. Hope it works for you!
Thanks Trevor. I may have to reschedule my interview since I still can't stop coughing. I'm on my way out to buy some more orange juice/medicine/whatever so my body has 6 hours to mend itself. I'd rather not go into an office and make a first impression by coughing all over the employees. :/
